About Me

International woman of mystery with an ear for music, a mind for mischief, and a bod for…Basically, I listen to, play, sing, and sometimes write music. I am a somewhat lapsed public radio journalist. I love grammar. I love to read. I love to travel. I love my husband. We are teaching assistants at Albert-Ludwigs Universitaet in Freiburg, Germany. He runs the writing lab. I teach students about writing with a purpose. I write here mostly about our lives in Germany, but I sometimes write about issues important to me (yes, I am a journalist with some opinions) and the occasional music review.
